I want to thank the ENTIRE staff at the animal hospital, I came in frantic and upset after my dog was attacked by another dog. His throat was torn up and I was thinking the worst. The staff was calm and helpful took Tobey and repaired his injuries. After about 4 hours I got to bring him home! I was elated, they even sent the medical information to my regular vet so that when i followed up in a few days they knew everything that had happened! Im happy to say that almost a year later now Tobey has made a full physical recovery and his mental recovery is going well too!

My son's cat Simba, our Simba, passed away at your facility on September 26, 2010. My daughter and I were with my son to help him make his difficult decsion to say good bye to Simba. Jason had a private cremation and I purchased a real nice urn for Simba's ashes. Your facility sent my son a sympathy card and wrote a few kind words. Two weeks ago my son went into the military. Before he left he gave me Simba's Urn. Simba sits here on my desk. Along with Simba's Urn my son gave me 3 things and I was told "Stays with Simba". One was Simba's food dish, and inside his food dish is Simba's paw print you made for him and on top of the dish is YOUR Sympathy card you sent him. I wanted you to know your card is giving him comfort long after the day you sent him. Apparently it meant a lot to my son. I wanted to share that with you and thank you for your thoughtfulness.

I want to thank the entire staff at Animal Emergency. Our beloved l0 year old Boxer (Oliver) collapsed after being ill for only a week being diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia. We knew Oliver was gone, but your kind, caring and gentle manner with Oliver helped us more than you know. The paw print will be cherished forever. We are lucky to have you in the county.
